  2. I do not understand why radon appointments will not populate the replacement value information on the regular box calendar but will on both the scheduling and agenda calendar. No one in our office uses the scheduling/agenda calendars and find them to be too busy to look at. I would like to be able to view all of the same information on the box calendar that is viewable on these other calendars

  5. I would like to be able to email the calls we log in the "call log" feature, so if a message comes in for an inspector for example, we could log it and then email it to that specific inspector.

  6. I send out an opt-out email for secure 24. When a client opts out I would like to be able to click the secure 24 shield and change it to black or something like that so I know not to send them over to the vendor. As it is I have to keep a list of any that opt out and then make sure they don't get clicked to send over.

I have recently been able to find the total sales in my areas. with these numbers I have been creating a spreadsheet combining my ISN data and MLS data to determine my market share I have in each zip code I service. can this be an option in ISN? In Georgia the data is publicly available so i dont know if automating the data retrieval is possible but even if I had to add the total sales into ISN for each zip and month that would still be awesome.

  10. When taking a phone order you have the ability to select additional services. When you do, the appointment duration should be affected by the "additional services" selected. For example, if I choose Mold Test from the "Additional Services" tab, I want it to add 30 minutes to the total appointment duration. My basic inspection duration is set at 210 minutes. It should increase to 240 minutes, when I choose Mold Test. It doesn't.

  11. If there is an incomplete order - it would be great to get a pop-up in the new order screen. All too often, the husband calls and then the wife calls. Or the order is started on-line and then they call. It would be great to have a message pop-up saying "order recently started for this address or client name" so we don't do so much doubling-up...

  13. I am doing reinspection for more and more properties. I discussed this last year with customer support and they suggested I go to the list of inspections, find the inspection and us the reinspect. This is not a fully functional re inspection option and sends "duplicate order" warnings each time. You need a true reinspect function that will create an inspection with a new date and all other info the same for a reinspection. I am talking about a reinspection of the deficiencies and repairs prior to closing of the transaction!

  14. HON is only for home inpsections. When we do mold assessments or commercial inspections, we still have to manually turn OFF the HON notification. This should be triggered based on Inspection Type

  17. I would like to be able to select and modify ALL of the questions asked of my clients or agents. For example, when request as a buyer, I am required to fill out the agents address - address, city, zip and state... some agents just don't have an address - I don't want my clients to waste time looking it up. I also think the smaller version in the original is better - is more user friendly and fits on the screen without having that imbedded window look and scroll malfunction.   18. Many 'Optional' services need contracts, but may not be a "inspection type". There should be an option to inclued "optional services" into the contract package that is presented to the client for them to e-sign.

    This might reduce the inspection TYPES to be presented.

    Typical "Options" that might need contracts of their own:
    -Radon -Water -Pest
    -Mold -IR -Chimney
    -Roof scan -Envirnmental Report

    Trying to do this with contract types would result in far too many choices..
