  3. Many listings/sales have more than one buyer's agent or seller's agent involved, and the fact we can only send notification to one of the parties leaves someone out of the loop.

  5. the mobile isn no longer allows us to view all orders AND events. This is how we track radon, and some inspectors are involved in the radon process who are not the inspector for the order.

  6. Any inspector with several years experience has unforgettable Addresses, Realtors, Buyers, Phone Numbers and Email Addresses that take to long to manually search through to locate before arriving at the property.

    I would like to have ISN Alert me similar to a duplicate address Alert.

  7. Realtors and their offices always have a preferred Title Company, usually within their office location. Would love a tab on the Realtor profile where we can include the title company, which is also in our system. It would be similar to The Team feature. Thank you.

  9. Have a second field for when there are two clients, particularly if they have different names. Also allow for personal name as well as a business name for commercial or investment properties.

  12. Under Reports--I would love to be able to run a report for the inspectors mileage the same way we can run the report for their payroll. The way the mileage is set up now, we need to log in as the inspector / is rather time consuming and not user friendly

  14. When using agenda calendar, you can't find a date on the actual calendar and enter an event from there. You have to remember the date and go to "add event" and enter the date there. It would be nice to enter it right ON the calendar instead and less likely to make an error in entering the date.

  16. Sendoutcards.com -- This service can automatically send out thank you, birthday or holiday cards. It would be great if ISN could push realtor/client info over to SOC, to send out a thank you card once the inspection is completed. It could also be used to send a birthday card to clients or realtors, for send a "thinking of you" card if there is a realtor who hasn't used you in XX amount of time.

  18. It would be helpful if I could add more than 1 buyer or sellers agent to an inspection as often in my area they work as teams. Frequently, one is less computer savvy than the other, but I've no idea which.

  19. Scheduling is not always a very simple thing. there are a lot of rules and contingency's for certain times.

    Putting in set time slots does not give you this. it leads to inefficiency in schedules, because we don't just have inspections on those specific time slots. This leads to potential gaps in the inspectors schedule where he has nothing to do.

    Solution: A deeper level.

    A solution to this is to add a deeper level of rules for scheduling times. Basic IF statements will suffice. or a series of yes no questions. If next appointment is at 2:00 pm and…

  20. Improve the Referral Reporting to add the Referrers contact information or chose it (if a previous client or agent) from a drop down to better track and reward direct referrals. Create an email event to send a Thank You to the Referrer.
