  1. When I am looking at the order in the page where I can see buttons for edit/print/actions/delete - it would be really handy to have "log a call" option under the actions button - is there a different page where this is readily available (without having to cut/paste or otherwise enter the order number?)

  2. The employees do not need to see what the company earns from each inspection. This column should be optional. Perhaps a "hide" button?

  4. We spend a lot of time looking at our emails for responses by a selling agent giving us our CBS codes. We then have to go back into ISN, find the job, then put it in. It would be nice if the sellers agent had the ability to click a link in the email and input the corresponding CBS code for the job that then loads into the job scheduled in ISN. This would help to eliminate some of the errors and transactional touches that we have to do once the job is booked.

  5. I get calls from people that just want a price if I could have that on my website that would be perfect, once they get the quote the can go directly to the scheduler.

  7. Does ISN have any plans to offer a "Quick Quote" tool to use prior to creating a new order? For customers that have not committed and are just requesting a total price/quote (based on square footage, age, distance, etc. that we have previously added in our fees section on ISN). No need to add client or agent information...Just a "quick quote".

  8. Its great that the inspections are synced to my google calendar where I can use it to go straight to GPS on my phone. The events don't allow me to do the same, unless I input it into my google calendar twice in order to block my schedule for inspections

When a client calls in and adds a radon appointment, it would be great if there could be an email event sent to the buyers agent alerting them of the date and time we need access to the home so that the sellers can be made aware of it. Of if the radon test was requested at the inspection, we could have an email event sent to the buyers agent letting them know that we will need an appointment to get back into the home, 48 hours later.

I think it would be a really cool and useful feature if you could have a seemingly open availability, or offer more than one or two time slots, but only be able to be booked for one or two inspections a day... ie) I could be available for 8:30, 12:30, and 4:30.. but if 8:30 and 4:30 booked, 12:30 would no longer be an option. or if 12:30 and 4:30 booked, 8:30 would no longer be an option, etc... I would like to offer my clients the maximum amount of options for scheduling, without booking 3 a day, every day.…

As we get busy and inspections are pushed out into the future, a really handy feature would be the ability to add certain inspections to a "waiting list" that could show up when we cancel an inspection. This would prompt the office staff to contact the people on the waiting list to see if they want the vacated appointment time.

  14. I'd like to see two more options on the recurring events screen:
    - BiWeekly
    Example: To remind people to send payroll forms every other wednesday
    - Set up a recurring event based on particular days of the month
    Example: ASHI meetings every third tuesday of the month...

  17. My office staff would like the ability to send a text message from ISN rather than their personal cell phones. We occasionally need to send a text message to people outside the ISN (not our inspectors or agents).

  18. I have learned that if you re-activate an inspection from the cancelled status, the emails are on hold and you have to send them out manually. I am requesting that this feature be changed to when an inspection gets re-activated so do all the notifications. It should reflect the current inspection day and time of course.

  20. I see that in 2012 you expected to add two different names, but that still seems to be a confusing issue. If you separate the names then you get the email addressed incorrectly, but it would be great to have a location for @ cell phones at least, or the ability to add on the fly the item needed, so maybe we need two work numbers, or two cell phones, or........we can do it like on our cell phones, were we add the value needed on that order?
