    It would be easier to delete unneeded clients if a list of inspections done for them was in this list too. Or at least an inspection count. If I haven’t done an inspection for them, they can be deleted. With the info given I can’t make a decision unless I edit every single client in the list, which would be daunting!

  2. I would love to be able to market to my agents who are not using the RED feature differently from those who are. Who do I need to be focused on rather than sending mass mailing to those who are using the feature. We are a multi inspector firm so it would be very daunting to go through every agent.

  3. We have a lot of repeat buyers. I know the agents who typically would input the information would appreciate the ability to search and auto fill previous buyers info just like they can do themselves in the online scheduler.

  5. When I am building my schedule out and working several months in advance, it is exceedingly irritating when i creat an event and the calendar returns to the current date rather than the date I was working on.

  6. Allow customization of the calendar for repeating events. For example, I need to create a repeating event that occurs every 6 days for 48 hours. Currently I cannot do that. If I try to bring that event over from my google calendar it does not bring it over correctly and does not identify the event on my ISN calendar only says 'busy'. I need my office to know what I am busy with, but do not want to change the setting that will change it for my whole office.

    Greater customization in the calendar events would be huge.

  7. Too often clients begin scheduling an inspection through our web site and then fail to complete it. Often they don't enter their phone number before leaving so we have no way to contact them to help them complete the inspection. Putting a required phone number field on the first page should solve this issue

  8. It woudd be nice to be able to filter in the Contacts list like we can in the agent list. It is sometimes hard to sort through and find an ancillary vendor. All of mine have labels but you can't search by that .

  9. Would it be possible at some point to trigger an SMS event based on a calendar date/time instead of an action tied to an inspection? Example: I would like to send a text to all of my inspectors on the first day of each month at 8 am to send me their vehicle mileage.

  10. Would it be possible to set up online orders by clients or Realtors that are over a certain square footage (like 3000sf and up) be limited to only offering morning appointments (9am) to them in the online scheduler or the RED? That would prevent having to routinely check and block the online schedule for enough time, etc..

  11. It would be great, when a client adds and upgrade, that it auto adds the fee to the order. Even more beneficial if it also added the additional inspectors (associated w/ancillary service) to the order.

  13. Its 2022 and a lot of people are paying with ZELLE and VENMO, can we change the Paid button to reflect that? I've never had anyone pay with a money order so I'd like to dump that and add cash apps, it'll make tracking easier. :)

  14. It would be great to run a "year end" report for the total mileage each inspector drove. Currently it only runs by month. Also, it would be nice in the same report to be able to add additional miles (repeat the mileage for the original) for the radon pick up. They need this information for their tax returns.

  15. hi requesting the dashboard have a revenue per month widget. similar to revenue per week widget. this would be very helpful.

    revenue per year, YTD would also be very helpful

    this way you can easily compare whats currently happening to what has happened in previous years, there is currently no way to do this on the dashboard for revenue(only in reports), only for # of inspections.

  20. Our termite sub contractor is adding a mileage fee but it is being calculated from their office location, not ours. Is there any way to add a mileage fee to a sub contracted service based upon distance from the sub contractor location?
