  1. We may have multiple inspectors on site for different services. A residential inspection would be scheduled for 3 hours, however a sewer scope is only 90 minutes. It would be nice to be able to assign different times to the same order when there are multiple inspectors.

    For example, if the home inspection is scheduled at 3:00pm and the primary inspector will be there at 3:00pm but the sewer scope technician will not arrive on site until 4:00pm.

  2. Fix it so you can have both expire at the same time. Example you can set your Reports to expire in 5 years but can only set the Attachments to 4 or 10 years.

  4. Make all services visible in the inspection grid without clicking to expand.

    We use the grid view to ensure that additional services are on track for scheduling, completion, and delivery with flags. Having to click them to expand is cumbersome. Showing all services of a work order, just like the full name of the inspection type, would be beneficial for speed and accuracy. Click to expand is not solving a problem but creating one.

  5. A new inquiry should notify the inspector involved with an automatic notification to respond. The notification will be helpful to track how an issue or inquiry is resolved Office management can close out a CSI once notified inspectors responds to a CSI. The CSI should document the question, answer, and resolution when it is closed out.

  6. Would really like to see the addition of custom field variables to the email/sms templates, specifically %inspectiontype%. These variables exist in the system for other uses (print, etc.) but do not show in the list of replacement variables for email/sms templates.

  7. I have submitted a suggestion about fixing the payment screen when pay at close is enabled on an order. The payment screen presents two tabs one for pay now and one for pay at close. This has confused some clients and led one client to enter their information in both the pay now and pay at close tabs leading to ISN marking the order as paid but no payment happening.

  8. it would be great to be able to use %inspectorphoto% or something similar to send the photo of the inspector to the client via SMS event. Something automated that tells the client that the inspector is on their way and a pic of the inspector to know who they're looking for. And the ability to include multiple inspectors if there is a team inspection.

  10. We have a long list of services. It would be helpful if any service that is not checked for the order was not showing on the order. It would eliminate confusion for our inspectors.

  12. For Greener Homes Grant, AP# is issued. We have manually created Greener Homes Grant # fields in the order form. But incoming calls, modelling and cross-referring revolves around the AP#

    Can you please add that button and make it searchable?

  13. Is there a way to add another trigger to Zapier that occurs after the inspection is completed? There are only three trigger options: Order Paid, Order Signed, Order Scheduled. We need a trigger for after the inspection is completed in order to collect reviews from customers.

Perhaps changing the text color to be more apparent that these emails are in a different state (NOT SENT) as this is not immediately apparent as the email envelope icon looks the same as if it had sent. And the text is not very noticeable that the emails had aged on hold over 24 hours and were not sent.

  15. I have had multiple clients get confused about the multiple options to pay when clicking the link to pay with credit card. I suggest for non-pay at close orders ISN only provide the "Credit Card" payment options screen and for pay at close orders only provide the "Pay At Close" payment options screen. I did not set up pay at close to make it more difficult for my clients, which in turn creates more work for me.

  16. There are certain fields that cannot currently be customized. For example, the header text on the form where it says "Where is this inspection located" . We have an environmental testing company and don't reference our jobs as inspections. Can this text be more generic, like "Where is the property located" or something? Also, can we toggle on and off the section that says "People Associated with this Inspection". We don't need this section at all. Would love to just toggle it off when not needed. Same for the calendar feature. I wish I could turn this off completely. We…

We have two ISN accounts for two businesses (inspections and environmental testing) and we cannot tell which company each online scheduler email is associated with, because they all look the exact same and don't indicate what our company name is. If we could either customize it or simply add our company name to the subject line and/or the body of the email, it would help us to have context for the email without having to log into the platform every time.

  18. The feature would allow for an inspector to send a text message to a client for a set date and time slot from the online schedule. The text would include a hyperlink to the booking site requesting the buyer to fill out all of the information that is currently requested from the online booking site widget.

  19. Does ISN plan to create In the past two years, in the greater Seattle market, our company has been providing inspections for listings. In fact, it has grown to be above 35% of our business this year. The limitation in ISN that the listing agent does not receive the same email and report as the buyers agent doesn't work for us. We now have all agents (buyer and seller) information entered as "buyer's agent" in order to make sure all our clients receive the completed report.

  20. When using tasks to send reminders to inspectors I would like to have the option to CC multiple. At this time I am only able to send tasks individually. I would like to suggest adding this feature, this would eliminate the extra steps and help get the job done more efficiently. Thank you!
