Vacation mode for scheduler
I don't often go far from home so I could be available to my preferred agents if they needed me during my vacation.
1) create label for your agents
2) set schedular to vacation mode (setting dates you will be on vacation)
3) add your preferred agents label as an exception
4) trigger automatic email notifying your preferred agents that your on vacation from date x to date y and that their clients may not be able to see the schedule to book an appointment but they (the agents) can through the RED.

We need to be able to have a New Agent checkbox for when they try us then a way to pull a report to track if they use us again.

Notes on Radon Appointment Manager
Can we make it so that we can edit the notes in the radon event directly from the Radon Appointment Manager?

Add email events when certain testing is added to an inspection.
When a client calls in and adds a radon appointment, it would be great if there could be an email event sent to the buyers agent alerting them of the date and time we need access to the home so that the sellers can be made aware of it. Of if the radon test was requested at the inspection, we could have an email event sent to the buyers agent letting them know that we will need an appointment to get back into the home, 48 hours later.

Add an address block on the event option
Its great that the inspections are synced to my google calendar where I can use it to go straight to GPS on my phone. The events don't allow me to do the same, unless I input it into my google calendar twice in order to block my schedule for inspections

allow owner to hide company revenue from payroll report
The employees do not need to see what the company earns from each inspection. This column should be optional. Perhaps a "hide" button?

year to date comparison
Current report option for home page: I can see that I have done x inspections this year to date and y last year (total) but I don't know how many I did last year to todays date (ytd) - you are almost providing this information in the app /home where you provide $ comparisons this ytd to last, it would be great to add the inspections ytd previous year(s) if possible.

Block Select Email Events
We need an ability to block certain email events for selected agents without stopping them from receiving other events.

Add an item in the drop down menu under Actions (on the order) that reads Create CSV file
This way anyone creating a document specific to that property can extract any cell from there and populate their report without having to individually copy and paste each section they need.

Inspector requests
I would like to have a dedicated inspector requested check box on the online scheduler, so that we can tell on an incomplete order that a inspector request was made. Right now when a client or agent schedules online and picks an inspector, we dont know if they just picked a name or really would like that particular inspector.

Would like an area for co-agents
Sometimes there are agents working together on a particular file but they are not a team on every file. We would like the option to add a co-agent that would only show on that particular file, but not combine the agents permanently.

ISN Mobile - allow inspectors to see only their jobs and events
For multi-inspector firms, allow a selection for ISN mobile to allow an inspector to see only his own jobs and events, versus seeing everyone's jobs in the company. Currently they have to scroll through today or this week past everyone else's items to get to theirs and hopefully don't miss anything along the way.

Add the ability to send a mass SMS
It would be great if our marketing team could send out texts from ISN SMS rather than their personal cell phones. For example to make a quick contact with agents after a marketing event.

Allow user on the RED (agents link) to select next available as well as individual inspectors
The idea behind this is agents have to check multiple inspectors schedule in order to get a date which may be later than another inspectors availability. So in order for them to get the earliest date possible, they have to go thru multiple inspectors.

"New Agent" needs more definitions!
Currently, ISN only allows for "New Agent" to be defined as first time using the company at all. Most businesses have more than one "New" classification. For example, an Agent that last used our services in 2014 but then begins to schedule in 2017- that Agent is "New Business".
Allow the user to pull the report by defining their own "New" time parameters. For example, New Agents (as you currently have defined) and user may add "Agents that have not used us in ___ months/ ___ years".

Coupons in Fees Tab
Being able to insert a coupon from the Fees page instead of going out into the order and then into the Actions menu to add a coupon.
