  2. To have the ability to use a window of time for set up and pick up of radon equipment. Example: Set up scheduled for Monday, March 2nd between 10am and noon. This would allow more flexibility when adding more radon appointments and not lock into a specific time. So if a radon set up has been scheduled for a time between 10am and noon already and an order has come into set up another radon the same window can be used and allow the sequence of set up and pick up of equipment to change with the business needs, demand…

  4. Having the ability to sync your contacts/agents your enter into ISN into your cell phone contacts so if you get a phone call from a real estate agent you will know who it is from before you answer it.

    Having the contact information synced to your phone would also give you the advantage of having all of their office information handy if you were out marketing, etc.

  5. Improve the Referral Reporting to add the Referrers contact information or chose it (if a previous client or agent) from a drop down to better track and reward direct referrals. Create an email event to send a Thank You to the Referrer.

  6. Scheduling is not always a very simple thing. there are a lot of rules and contingency's for certain times.

    Putting in set time slots does not give you this. it leads to inefficiency in schedules, because we don't just have inspections on those specific time slots. This leads to potential gaps in the inspectors schedule where he has nothing to do.

    Solution: A deeper level.

  10. Any inspector with several years experience has unforgettable Addresses, Realtors, Buyers, Phone Numbers and Email Addresses that take to long to manually search through to locate before arriving at the property.

    I would like to have ISN Alert me similar to a duplicate address Alert.

  13. Please add a feature to ISN to calculate sales tax by zip code. Texas and many other states require reporting of sales tax quarterly. When clients call in to schedule, we need to be able to tell them exactly how much the total will be. Sales tax is usually broken down into 3 charges (state, county, and local taxes added such as school districts). In my area, it varies from 6.25% to 8.25%. 8.25% is the maximum here in Texas, but it varies. We have to keep up with all of this accurately and report/pay it in quarterly. ISN does…

  14. I would love to see a feature when entering an agent to automatically send an introduction email either before the inspection or after. I prefer after. I now send a letter bringing attention to what I did during the inspection that may differentiate from other inspectors & ask for referrals.

  15. Many 'Optional' services need contracts, but may not be a "inspection type". There should be an option to inclued "optional services" into the contract package that is presented to the client for them to e-sign.

    This might reduce the inspection TYPES to be presented.

    Typical "Options" that might need contracts of their own:
    -Radon -Water -Pest
    -Mold -IR -Chimney
    -Roof scan -Envirnmental Report

    Trying to do this with contract types would result in far too many choices..

  16. HON is only for home inpsections. When we do mold assessments or commercial inspections, we still have to manually turn OFF the HON notification. This should be triggered based on Inspection Type

  17. If there is an incomplete order - it would be great to get a pop-up in the new order screen. All too often, the husband calls and then the wife calls. Or the order is started on-line and then they call. It would be great to have a message pop-up saying "order recently started for this address or client name" so we don't do so much doubling-up...

  19. I send out an opt-out email for secure 24. When a client opts out I would like to be able to click the secure 24 shield and change it to black or something like that so I know not to send them over to the vendor. As it is I have to keep a list of any that opt out and then make sure they don't get clicked to send over.
