  1. Same as a Customer or as an Agent Database, a place to track gate codes, cross streets, or Common problems - Also could be used for new construction to store contact of the superintendent or listing agents. There is a hole Lot of new subdivision not yet on Google maps - this would allow the back office to help with Major intersections. It would make life a lot easier for the Inspectors and Back Office

  2. Add the same feature for City, County, and State.
    I have multiple counties that I cover and different tax rates for different counties.

  3. ISN has so many good business, inspection, agent, etc. reports and I believe we should be able to automate these reports. For example, create an automated schedule where every Friday at 6PM the call close report for the week is emailed to a specified email address. Or an automated way to export the data to a Google sheet. There is so much actionable data in ISN that there should be a way to take advantage of it without the manual process of running reports.

  5. I have an idea of goal tracking for the year:

    Track how many inspections you would like to do
    Track how much revenue you would like to make
    Track how many new offices/agents you would like to obtain
    Track how many breakfast/presentations you would like to do

  6. When you do automatic mileage log, you should have the choice to pick the date with a pop up calendar. I wanted to add mileage from a year ago and I had to continue clicking on the button "Yesterday" for over 365 times to get to the date I wanted. Please let me know if there's an easier way or if you could add that feature. Also, would be nice to have a button to add mileage directly from the order form.

  7. When using agenda calendar, you can't find a date on the actual calendar and enter an event from there. You have to remember the date and go to "add event" and enter the date there. It would be nice to enter it right ON the calendar instead and less likely to make an error in entering the date.

  10. Realtors and their offices always have a preferred Title Company, usually within their office location. Would love a tab on the Realtor profile where we can include the title company, which is also in our system. It would be similar to The Team feature. Thank you.

  13. recommend that an option be added to the calendar which allows us to enter in an event which repeats on multiple days (start date - end date)... such as vacation time or holiday closures. Currently we have to add multiple events individually and it is time consuming.

  14. I have learned that if you re-activate an inspection from the cancelled status, the emails are on hold and you have to send them out manually. I am requesting that this feature be changed to when an inspection gets re-activated so do all the notifications. It should reflect the current inspection day and time of course.

I think it would be a really cool and useful feature if you could have a seemingly open availability, or offer more than one or two time slots, but only be able to be booked for one or two inspections a day... ie) I could be available for 8:30, 12:30, and 4:30.. but if 8:30 and 4:30 booked, 12:30 would no longer be an option. or if 12:30 and 4:30 booked, 8:30 would no longer be an option, etc... I would like to offer my clients the maximum amount of options for scheduling, without booking 3 a day, every day.…

I just integrated ISN with QBO and love the feature; however, it would be an incredible time saver if I could select a batch of orders to process client creation and/or invoice/payments all with one click. If QBO only allows on at a time, could ISN automate the batch and send them one at a time and simply notify us when the batch is complete?

  18. I suggest some type of spread sheet or a way to upload pictures of expense receipts and a way to save reoccurring expenses in a report, like association and insurance fees.

  19. When the buyers agent is also the sellers agent we don't need to send them all the emails, there should be a button or an option to click that states that the agent is the buyers and sellers. We need to keep track for marketing how many sales we've done for each agent so I don't want to leave it blank.

  20. having only one integrated option for payment processing is a real turn off to this system. Guardians rates are not comparative and they do not have to be, eliminating the need for Guardian to have to compete with any other processors really makes it so your clients have no practical choice in this aspect of your system.

    Not to criticise without leaving a solution, i would say that allowing other systems to integrate via either TSYS or a off.net system and it having the option to auto retrieve the payment.
