  2. Add visual indicators (not sure the best format - maybe dots in the corner?) on the inspection appointment in scheduling view, so at a glance you can see which inspections coming up have a "paid" status and a "signed" status.

    This provides more information for the scheduler, so that they can follow up on any unsigned or unpaid jobs before they occur. Better "at-a-glance" information.

  3. RED currently allows inspectors to be scheduled in Zip Codes that they do not service, if you have them set up that way in the Zip Code selector in User Settings. This means that you think that the inspector will never be scheduled in an area outside his service area, and yet the RED will allow it to happen. This is crazy-making! Please fix!

  4. Please show the previous text when someone texts us through ISN. It is a royal pain to have to go back to that person's text to see what was requested of them. At least show that last one.

  5. Allowing "Inspection Package" as a field to add to the upcoming inspection list would allow an end user to see this information at a glance instead of having to navigate into each order to see it. This would be especially helpful to more quickly send follow up emails to clients to recommend package upgrades.

  7. So, our radon vendors have a "radon" identification button. However, our termite vendor has no available button to identify them. It only makes sense to be able to identify other 3rd party vendors doesn't it?

  8. I would like to be able to send mass emails to past clients, but choose the specific dates. For example, I am trying to send a mass email to 2020 clients and cannot specify that time frame. I do not want to include clients from this year. I would like the same customizable date range like we have when running reports.

  9. There are certain fields that cannot currently be customized. For example, the header text on the form where it says "Where is this inspection located" . We have an environmental testing company and don't reference our jobs as inspections. Can this text be more generic, like "Where is the property located" or something? Also, can we toggle on and off the section that says "People Associated with this Inspection". We don't need this section at all. Would love to just toggle it off when not needed. Same for the calendar feature. I wish I could turn this off completely. We…

  10. I have had multiple clients get confused about the multiple options to pay when clicking the link to pay with credit card. I suggest for non-pay at close orders ISN only provide the "Credit Card" payment options screen and for pay at close orders only provide the "Pay At Close" payment options screen. I did not set up pay at close to make it more difficult for my clients, which in turn creates more work for me.

  11. it would be great to be able to use %inspectorphoto% or something similar to send the photo of the inspector to the client via SMS event. Something automated that tells the client that the inspector is on their way and a pic of the inspector to know who they're looking for. And the ability to include multiple inspectors if there is a team inspection.
