  3. Hello! I'm looking for some assistance with sending out inspector schedule emails. I see how we can do it manually (through Calendar > Send inspector schedule via email). We also already have these set up to automatically go out to each inspector through ISN each night at 6pm.

    It would be extremely useful if there was a unique link we can use to send to just ONE inspector so that they have a reusable link to access their upcoming appointments.

    ...If that is not possible, an alternative feature would be if there was a way we can edit the inspector…

  4. In the Radon tab, currently, only one radon monitor can be entered and tracked. We often have more an one monitor and we have to enter and track outside of ISN.

  5. We have to add the radon inspector to the home inspection so he can upload his radon report. This blocks the radon person for the full home inspection slot plus overlaps with the event. (We do not allow our inspectors to see each others schedule/reports in our setup in ISN for various reasons.)

  6. When we book an inspection and the Termite is added a day after it was booked the notification has to be manually sent as the email event has already expire.

  7. When we give a discount i would like to be able to track the reason for the discount just like a referral reason. I know we can just add a note but then I can't run a report on it. This would help me identify why we are giving a discount and to whom. We offer veteran discounts I could then track how many we are giving out. Is this an area we need to improve on. Etc.

  8. I like having the logo's for the company, but for the individual inspector, it would be nice to have their picture on there as well. Similar to the realtor picture if you uploaded one.

  9. I have a sales person that is on commission from all agents that they talk to and take out to coffee. I would like to label the agents with the sales person if that agent was taken out to coffee and be able to determine the volume by agent for the two week period that the sales person caused to hire us.

  10. Currently in ISN's new view for clients signing inspection agreements, it says in the top right "Inspected by:" and then lists the inspectors' names. I want to be able to hide this because clients are seeing it before the inspection even takes place, and we often move inspectors around. This will cause confusion for clients who saw two days ago that their inspector was Bobby but it's actually Jim who shows up at the inspection.

  11. I would like a way to pull a report that shows us when an agent started using us. The report would show, for example, these X number of agents used us for the first time this week, or last week, or last month. Would be helpful in tracking prospecting.

  13. If I have 8 trips (addresses) in ISN set up for one day, is there a way for ISN to download those addresses to my WAZE or Google Maps so that I do not have to repeat the loading of addresses a second time.

  15. The ability to edit the Equipment in the Radon Manager screen, similar to the Date and Time and the Who. Also check status of the machine, by clicking on the equipment it would give past, present and current location.

It would be nice if we could have some kind of column on the all inspections list (under view inspections) that indicates that a Radon has been included with the order, just so we know which orders have a radon test included and which do not without having to go into the order itself, or at least the type of inspection it is would be helpful as well

  17. About 40% of our credit card payments are collected with the app in the field. When inspector is taking a payment they are asked what kind of payment. Cash, check, cc. If the inspector selects cc why does isn not automatically insert the convenience fee at the % rate programmed in? I understand the order can be edited on the app but when you have eight inspectors in the field this is much to difficult and mistakes happen. They are required to calculate the $ amount and it’s a mess. Plus not all our inspectors can make fee changes to…

  18. Need an automatically generated radon event, especially for early drop off.
    Put it on the calendar, it can be moved later, but it gets on the calendar and someone will see it. Without a calendar event trigger, it may not get seen until the inspection appointment is reviewed the night before, when it is too late...

    Need it triggered automatically from a [control].

    Would love all sorts of other options for auto scheduling, but I will settle for getting it on the schedule and notification...

  19. Sun Nuclear Radon is the most used radon machines among HI's. Sun Nuc now has an app "one Radon" that allows better reporting and ease. Any change there is or will be a sync such as 'InspectorLab" has allowingImport of all data into their system so setting up radon reports is just clicks instead of actual data entry?
