  1. Presently, I can pull a list of all new agents from this past year. It includes a "Total Insp. Count." Unfortunately, this count is not broken down to reflect both sides of the transaction - Buyers and Seller's side. When analyzing new agent retention and referrals, the only side needed is the Buyer's count and there is no way to get this unless you look at each agent individually.

  2. We are looking for the ability to quickly text all of our inspectors at the same time. For example, "Looking for someone that is willing to pick up an additional inspection this weekend.". A group chat that all included parties could see responses.

  3. I would like to be able to create my own "Heads Up" alert. Example: "Agent does not want to be scheduled with Inspector Bill" or "Agent requests pictures be sent with all WDI reports".

  4. We do a fair amount of phase inspections. This entails a third party hiring us and we do phase/progress inspections on commercial or home. Depending on the job size there can be an inspection every month or quarter. I was hoping to be able to schedule a master inspection and be able to add the progress inspections under the initial inspection made. This would be beneficial because we have to have site contact, third party contact and the GC's information within the order for our inspectors.   5. Our team believes that Realtors or Customers viewing our inspector availability on the calendar views of their online interfaces would like to see photos of the inspectors. (We already get great feedback for using their photos in the outgoing automated confirmation emails.)

  7. As a business owner........
    I need to know if slow weeks are ahead. ISN Dashboard could easily show me these trends - weekly revenue per year for the next 4 weeks ahead. (Looking backwards is not helpful
    I would also like to see the dollar figure of 'added' services (ancillary: radon, mold, sewer scope, termite) is being added to inspections on a weekly basis. Past 4-5 weeks
    Adding customizable metrics would be great. I would want an employee to manually enter the number of 5 star reviews left last week those numbers would appear on my dashboard.

  8. Add a bill tab that auto-populates buyer or allows you to change. Make it so an invoice will go to the other biller with the credit card link, and will somehow change the payment part of the buyer's email... Otherwise I think we'll have to create a separate email for buyer that states how payment will be made ...

  12. When doing a radon testing, the inspector goes to the address twice, so it would be nice to have the mileage doubled when a radon testing is invoked.

  14. I need to create coupons that allow me to input a flat rate - I need the coupon to hold a specific value instead of a percentage rate or an amount that gets subtracted from the order total. I want to coupon to act like a gift certificate.

  16. As an employee of a multi inspector firm I would like to have a payout widget for the dashboard. Admin can set the fees based off of percentages and flat rates. It would be ideal if the percentages could be selected for each inspection; so the correct number will show if the percentage changes (40%, 50%, and etc.)

  17. I would like to have a easy to access link for Realtor / Client phone numbers (calls and text) and email address. Currently I have to go in the inspection, find the agent, select edit, then copy the number, and back out to paste in messages/phone/email.

  20. Hello! I'm looking for some assistance with sending out inspector schedule emails. I see how we can do it manually (through Calendar > Send inspector schedule via email). We also already have these set up to automatically go out to each inspector through ISN each night at 6pm.

    It would be extremely useful if there was a unique link we can use to send to just ONE inspector so that they have a reusable link to access their upcoming appointments.

    ...If that is not possible, an alternative feature would be if there was a way we can edit the inspector…
