  2. We always send an updated invoice to our clients whenever we charge or refund a card. It would be very helpful if there was a "Send Invoice" button on the Payments tab.

  3. Add SquareUp.com for client payment option. In addition to payments, I also use them for payroll. Perhaps that can be integrated as well.

  5. When we schedule a radon drop off or pick up and then we schedule an inspection, it would be nice for ISN to indicate our travel time from addresses within our inspectors calendars AND for travel time from radon pick up or drop off.

  6. Could we establish a method to use specific radius zones for each inspector? I have three inspectors, all on different ends of our area, and would like to use their home address as a center point for a radius.

  9. I would like to see the new agent badge while SCHEDULING. A lot of our agents are already in the database so when scheduling, we don't always know if it's their first time using us.

  10. Have the agents agency display in the inspection grid. We call the main office to schedule unscheduled inspections and the inspection grid doesn't show this information. So I have to go into the order to know who to call.

  12. Having different routes that can be saved and not recreated will be helpful. I also need some sort of tracking for my market reps. We currently use a great app that would be awesome if it was in arm. Please take a look at Optimoroute.

For multi-inspector firms, so that call center call answering personnel, and office staff can quickly view inspector's and other staff's skills, credentials, services, and other info, like areas serviced. I am visualizing a button or hover-over area next to the inspector's name in the left side of the Scheduling view, so call answering personnel can quick-view what the inspector does- it would be a pop-up box or window or something, showing - for example:

    Joe Smith - Residential, Commercial, Drone, IR, Radon - Boston Area, Does not travel more than 10 mi. Highly experienced, ASHI Certified

  15. Is there a way to provide a link so that the client can choose the home inspection report to be automatically sent to their agent? This would allow trackability showing permission from the client and save steps on the back side of the inspection having to manually send to an agent. The link could be sent out as part of an email event when the pre-inspection agreements are sent out.

  16. We feel that our marketing team should not have to click the calendar once logging in. There should be an option for it to be right on the home screen (dashboard) of that users login. This will help for both call centers and marketing directors that need a fast answer to availability.

  18. We currently use your software for all the roof inspections that we do for multiple insurance companies. We are paid by the Insurance Company. However, your template only lets us choose Buyers Agent or Client, etc and not the Insurance Company, even though that is an option. We have to manually adjust this every time. Should be an easy add.

  19. I am formally requesting that the radon events in the work order be transparent (like the work order is when incomplete) until the order is made complete, then the radon events can show complete too. This cannot be a difficult thing, I would not think anyways. With the amount of Radon's our company has, we keep track of a lot. Each order may have a radon test with it. It is confusing to show the radon solid but the work order may not be completed yet. This confuses not only our inspector, but also the office staff sometimes too. So…
