  1. When doing a radon testing, the inspector goes to the address twice, so it would be nice to have the mileage doubled when a radon testing is invoked.

  3. I need to create coupons that allow me to input a flat rate - I need the coupon to hold a specific value instead of a percentage rate or an amount that gets subtracted from the order total. I want to coupon to act like a gift certificate.

  5. As an employee of a multi inspector firm I would like to have a payout widget for the dashboard. Admin can set the fees based off of percentages and flat rates. It would be ideal if the percentages could be selected for each inspection; so the correct number will show if the percentage changes (40%, 50%, and etc.)

  6. I would like to have a easy to access link for Realtor / Client phone numbers (calls and text) and email address. Currently I have to go in the inspection, find the agent, select edit, then copy the number, and back out to paste in messages/phone/email.

  9. Hello! I'm looking for some assistance with sending out inspector schedule emails. I see how we can do it manually (through Calendar > Send inspector schedule via email). We also already have these set up to automatically go out to each inspector through ISN each night at 6pm.

    It would be extremely useful if there was a unique link we can use to send to just ONE inspector so that they have a reusable link to access their upcoming appointments.

    ...If that is not possible, an alternative feature would be if there was a way we can edit the inspector…

  10. In the Radon tab, currently, only one radon monitor can be entered and tracked. We often have more an one monitor and we have to enter and track outside of ISN.

  11. We have to add the radon inspector to the home inspection so he can upload his radon report. This blocks the radon person for the full home inspection slot plus overlaps with the event. (We do not allow our inspectors to see each others schedule/reports in our setup in ISN for various reasons.)

  12. When we book an inspection and the Termite is added a day after it was booked the notification has to be manually sent as the email event has already expire.

  13. When we give a discount i would like to be able to track the reason for the discount just like a referral reason. I know we can just add a note but then I can't run a report on it. This would help me identify why we are giving a discount and to whom. We offer veteran discounts I could then track how many we are giving out. Is this an area we need to improve on. Etc.

  14. I like having the logo's for the company, but for the individual inspector, it would be nice to have their picture on there as well. Similar to the realtor picture if you uploaded one.

  15. I have a sales person that is on commission from all agents that they talk to and take out to coffee. I would like to label the agents with the sales person if that agent was taken out to coffee and be able to determine the volume by agent for the two week period that the sales person caused to hire us.

  16. Currently in ISN's new view for clients signing inspection agreements, it says in the top right "Inspected by:" and then lists the inspectors' names. I want to be able to hide this because clients are seeing it before the inspection even takes place, and we often move inspectors around. This will cause confusion for clients who saw two days ago that their inspector was Bobby but it's actually Jim who shows up at the inspection.

  17. I would like a way to pull a report that shows us when an agent started using us. The report would show, for example, these X number of agents used us for the first time this week, or last week, or last month. Would be helpful in tracking prospecting.

  19. If I have 8 trips (addresses) in ISN set up for one day, is there a way for ISN to download those addresses to my WAZE or Google Maps so that I do not have to repeat the loading of addresses a second time.

  20. It would be nice to have the option of automating a follow up email for unscheduled appointments. Follow up could be much more consistent regardless of office hours.
