  1. Would like to see something more like docusign. I have multiple clients per month that struggle with the process for signing the agreement. Not just older less computer savvy folks. The current process hasn't improved since I started with ISN years ago.

  2. It would be hugely beneficial if we could drag (move) a photo from one section to another. For instance, we have a photo of a broken downspout in the gutter section, but then we drag it into the broken downspout section where it belongs. Currently, we have to delete it from the gutter section, then find it and place it into the broken downspout section. This would save users MUCH time. Thanks!

  3. Hello ISN Masters,

    I have a suggestion for ISN mobile that would be a real life-saver. It would track radon machines.

    We currently have 6 radon machines and 5 inspectors who set radons. Keeping track of where the machines are is labor-intensive and cumbersome and sometimes very confusing. Here is what I propose:

    • add a page to the current ISN mobile app
    • addresses that are associated with radon show up similar to the weekly calendar view- maybe 3 days previous history, day of, and 3 days looking forward (could be a tab on th "my inspections" page under "last two…

  4. The full address does not sync with Google calendar. The number portion of the address shows up in the appointment, but unlike the inspection appt, the full address does not populate in the "address" form. When assigning this to an admin or another inspector, it sometimes is difficult to find the address without city/state. Also, when the address is in the correct place, it can be clicked and maps will open. This would be nice to see in the mobile app too.

  5. Would be great to have two different places for notes. One place that the inspector can see on their mobile, then one for the office to input notes that the inspector doesn't need to see.

  6. If an inspector is only able to do up to a certain age/size, or certain features like pool, crawlspace, etc. the ordering system should show flags if the parameters are not met. The online scheduler should also show availability based on inspectors meeting the parameters entered.

    This is a really good idea, especially as we move toward agent-facing and/or customer-facing booking capabilities. Realistically, however, it is not something we will get to in FY21. This will likely be a 2022 project.

  9. When taking a phone order you have the ability to select additional services. When you do, the appointment duration should be affected by the "additional services" selected. For example, if I choose Mold Test from the "Additional Services" tab, I want it to add 30 minutes to the total appointment duration. My basic inspection duration is set at 210 minutes. It should increase to 240 minutes, when I choose Mold Test. It doesn't.

  10. Are there any plans to add the ability to make a task recurring? We have tasks we ask the guys to do every Friday, and the office has to create 10 tasks every week for the guys, and re-do them next week, etc. A recurring feature would be great.

  11. Currently, Our online payment features only can accept credit card payments. I need it to be able to take e-checks also. I have spoken with authorize.net who is the gateway to my payments. They have stated that this link https://developer.authorize.net/api/reference/index.html#payment-transactions-debit-a-bank-account
    will provide you with an information code that you would use to allow payment of e-check. I would be nice to offer a discount on e-check payments that are made through ISN, if that is an option.   12. We book radon tests as a stand alone service and with home inspections. Sometimes, radon is dropped off days before inspection, or picked up days after inspection. We can not send radon pick up reminders because the triggers do not match with what we need. Is there a way to match triggers to radon scheduler.

  14. When we hire new inspectors with HouseCheck, we limit his/her assignment to certain homes based on the age, residential type, and square footage of the property (before they go full-time). This is tiered with training benchmarks as we release them into the field. Once their trial/provisional status is lifted, they can inspect any property that gets booked.

    We've had a problem with people booking online using the ISN web portal on our website - a lot of older/larger residences are being assigned to a few of our newer inspectors, who are not quite ready to handle these homes with limited…

  15. I have fire fighter as employees. there availability changes every week. the current calendar system makes it very annoying for them to change their calendar availability every day for the following week. If you could change the calendar to be customizable for the month they could set there schedule and not do the extra work for changing their availability so frequently.

  16. We waist a lot of time waiting on agents to either pick or set up radon tests. I was wanting a email triggered the day of the radon test to be sent to the agent to remind them of the pickup or set times. Is that possible?

  17. I have 11 people out in the field, these other calendars are garbage!! I need the box calendar. The others do not allow viewing of the month, do not show enough information at a glance.....terrible...... I will pay you

  18. My employees need to know what their payroll is for the week. We use the filters during payroll to calculate unpaid or incomplete orders. My employees need some filters to calculate their payrolls.

  19. hey all of our inspectors are firefighters that have a schedule of 24 hours on duty, 48 off. it would be cool if we had an option to customize the calendar to set up our days at the station.

  20. I'd like to see two more options on the recurring events screen:
    - BiWeekly
    Example: To remind people to send payroll forms every other wednesday
    - Set up a recurring event based on particular days of the month
    Example: ASHI meetings every third tuesday of the month...
