  1. The agents should be able to view ALL their inspections/reports on their RED dashboard not just the inspections where they represented buyers. A majority of our inspections are prelistings and it is not helpful to only have buyer inspections/reports available but not sellers inspections.

  2. Separate Square Footage Calculation for Ancillary Services

    Currently clients can only enter a single Square Foot number on a single order. There is no way to charge for different sq ft size of an ancillary service such as an outbuild.

    Currently I have to have this LONG description for each level of outbuilding. An outbuild with 400 sq ft that has no electric or plumbing will be way faster than an outbuilding that is 1500 sq ft and has electric and plumbing.

    I would like to have this down only 3 options instead of my current options.

  3. When setting up your schedule you have the option intervals. This should auto populate with what you setup so a client can select from the available time slots with intervals. An example of this would be if you say you're available to inspect between a given 5 hour time frame. You have intervals setup for 15 minutes. This should give the client the option to choose a time that works best for them every 15 minutes as long as the end of the inspection is set to be completed at the end of the 5 hour time frame set above.

  4. In states where radon levels have to be reported all the information is currently stored in ISN except the radon level. I have to run the radon report and then look up all the levels. Could there be a place where the radon level could be stored and be printed out with the radon report?

  6. For pre-listing inspections, the seller's agent orders the inspection. It would be nice if they could access this report in their RED.

  7. I would like to be able to select specific reports my office staff can see so they can assist with certain task but not have access to all reports

  8. Just like you link to Zillow, have a link in that same area based on the county, for example if the county was Pinellas, link that to the Pinellas County Property Appraiser website. If Hillsborough county, like to Hillsborough County Property Appraiser website etc. The reason this is important is often times Zillow is wrong because someone added on SF so we cross check the size and features of the property with the county site. With this not having a link we have to go back and forth to another tab leaving ISN and back.

  9. Add A Zip Code Option for Column Sorting. It should be an easy one to be able to sort contacts, agents, and clients, by zip code so we can target our mass mailings. Thanks

  10. There is no time zone feature in ISN. One of the markets for my company operates in 2 different time zones. I'm sure I'm not the only company. This can be challenging with scheduling because there is no way to change if the time zone is different than the one where it's being scheduled.

  11. We may have multiple inspectors on site for different services. A residential inspection would be scheduled for 3 hours, however a sewer scope is only 90 minutes. It would be nice to be able to assign different times to the same order when there are multiple inspectors.

    For example, if the home inspection is scheduled at 3:00pm and the primary inspector will be there at 3:00pm but the sewer scope technician will not arrive on site until 4:00pm.

  12. Fix it so you can have both expire at the same time. Example you can set your Reports to expire in 5 years but can only set the Attachments to 4 or 10 years.

  14. Make all services visible in the inspection grid without clicking to expand.

    We use the grid view to ensure that additional services are on track for scheduling, completion, and delivery with flags. Having to click them to expand is cumbersome. Showing all services of a work order, just like the full name of the inspection type, would be beneficial for speed and accuracy. Click to expand is not solving a problem but creating one.

  15. A new inquiry should notify the inspector involved with an automatic notification to respond. The notification will be helpful to track how an issue or inquiry is resolved Office management can close out a CSI once notified inspectors responds to a CSI. The CSI should document the question, answer, and resolution when it is closed out.

  16. Would really like to see the addition of custom field variables to the email/sms templates, specifically %inspectiontype%. These variables exist in the system for other uses (print, etc.) but do not show in the list of replacement variables for email/sms templates.

  17. I have submitted a suggestion about fixing the payment screen when pay at close is enabled on an order. The payment screen presents two tabs one for pay now and one for pay at close. This has confused some clients and led one client to enter their information in both the pay now and pay at close tabs leading to ISN marking the order as paid but no payment happening.

  18. it would be great to be able to use %inspectorphoto% or something similar to send the photo of the inspector to the client via SMS event. Something automated that tells the client that the inspector is on their way and a pic of the inspector to know who they're looking for. And the ability to include multiple inspectors if there is a team inspection.

  20. We have a long list of services. It would be helpful if any service that is not checked for the order was not showing on the order. It would eliminate confusion for our inspectors.
